The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport provides several services in order to ensure the comfort of the visitors and passengers:
The Information Desk at the airport is operated by Travel Medford. Volunteers working at the desk will answer your questions regarding tourism in Medford. The office is available from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Lost & Found Office
Lost & Found Office is located at the north end of the terminal. In case of lost baggage, feel free to check the Lost & Found Office.
You can find the Baggage Claim at the north end of the terminal. The passengers are expected to go to the Baggage Claim once they go through the Passport Control.
The passengers shall check-in at their airline ticket counter in case of delayed or lost baggage.
The Oval Office, the exact duplicate of the Oval Office of The White House, is a space for hosting weddings, meetings, official dinners, or film shoots. It is available for rent.
Facilities for Disabled Passengers
There is special equipment available to assist disabled passengers or those with reduced mobility at the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport. In case of such needs, a passenger should provide the staff of the airport with the information. To acquire such a service, the passenger shall discuss it with the airport operator beforehand.

The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport allows self-guided tours on the airport area. The airport management invites tourists to come out and sit on the observation deck and enjoy the views.
Tourists are welcome to see the historic aircraft AKC-97Stratofreighter on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The aircraft is available for rent for special events as well.For more information, you can contact the Airport Administration at 541-776-7222.
The airport protection is provided by the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Department (ARFF). ARFF work for 24 hours, seven days a week and ensure fire protection for aircraft and the airport units. ARFF employs seven staff members. The service offers airport tours, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and fire extinguisher training for the airport community.
