Flights and Airlines

The flights from the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport are provided by five airlines that fly to Portland, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Denver.

The airlines operating at Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport: United Airlines, Delta Connection, American Eagle, Allegiant Air, Alaska Airlines. These airlines perform about 56 arriving and departing flights per day.

TSA Security

The passengers are advised to arrive at the terminal few hours advance to have enough time to go through security and baggage check procedures. The passengers for Non-Schengen flights are expected to arrive at the airport 3 hours before their flight and 2 hours for Schengen and Domestic flights.

Passengers shall provide the flight ticket to be allowed beyond the security checkpoint.

Passengers with carry-on baggage are limited to one bag plus personal item per person. Personal items include items such as a laptop, briefcase, or purse. Knives, scissors, or blades of any kind are not allowed in carry0on baggage and must be placed in the "checked baggage."

According to the TSA rule 3-1-1 referring to transportation of liquid in the carry-on baggage, you are allowed to carry: three oz bottles or less; one quart-sized clear plastic bag with zip-top, and one bag per person.

If one must carry syringes in carry-on baggage due to medical needs, one must also provide the medication that requires the injection, and it must be labeled professionally with a printed pharmaceutical label identifying the medication.

Legal Identification

The passengers at the security checkpoint are obliged to provide a valid boarding pass printed out in advance. Right at the gate, the passengers should provide a valid passport, ID, driver's license (in specific cases), or other documents approved by TSA.
